Brilliant choice of quality lighting options. The staff are both knowledgeable and have a willingness to ensure that they can meet your requirements be it from lighting or down to the more mundane choice of bulbs. They were even able to provide the pieces for me to repair a brass lamp that I had bought from them in 2003!! Try that in B&Q!! Cannot praise the team highly enough and this is a very appropriate way of saying a big Thank You to them for their service

Overall our experience was wonderful. Very polite staff and our needs were met very quickly and well. In other occasions when I've had to change my product, this was done with no problem and smoothly. Obviously being inside the restricted date for exchanges. Also, I would like to count myself present the time when an older lady walked in the shop to exchange a product that was 4 months past the exchange date and without the right information to be able to change her product. In my opinion the staff in the shop dealt with the problem very sensibly, regardless to the quite rude and rather aggressive behavior from the customer. Where as, if the customer had dealt with the situation with better manners, I am sure it would have ended more positively.

I was shopping for lights for my new house and found that all staff and the owners very helpful in my lighting plan...very professional....highly recommended
