Visited to purchase a women's Gillet after seeing online sold out Best bargin. I called b4, visiting the item set aside, and the guy super helpful friendly knowledgeable answering all questions. No pressure to buy . Good customer service.  Its a yes from me

I bought a lovely long padded coat with a warm fleece lining. It was considerably reduced which helped with my purchase decision, the assistant was friendly and accommodating and I will return again.

I usually find they are cheaper than other outdoor stores, and have bought rucksacks, hiking tops and boots here that have been great. Currently lots of sales as they are closing down for refurbishment

Bought a fleece from there, saw that it was cheaper on line . Fair play they price play they price matched it no quibble .

Bought some trekking poles here a few years ago. Needed new ferries. First visit they were out of stock but when I called in again they had them.

Good sales at the moment, and warm clothing just what we need this time of year .

I went to purchase 2 x reclining chairs from MW Cwmbran and both Paul and his female staff colleague were extremely helpful and friendly. Upon payment the female staff member asked where I was parked. She then insisted on carrying one of the chairs back to my car in the underground  car park. Phenomenal customer service. You have gained a customer for life! Thankyou.
