I called Mottec after a breakdown service mechanic was unable to resolve an electrical fault with my car which was undriveable (fortunately I was at home).  I received a speedy response and Charlie came to my home the same day at a time when most folks would be clocking off.  The issue was with my stop-start battery and could not be resolved that day but he fitted a standard battery so I could get my children to school and nursery in the morning which was hugely helpful. He returned at the precise time arranged the following day having sourced the required battery at a good price and fully resolved the issue. He was professional, exceptionally thorough, explained things clearly and a nice friendly person too. As a busy working mum who would be lost without a vehicle, it was amazing to have someone so professional come to my home and not have to be towed to a garage. His pricing was clear and very reasonable. I cannot fault the service I received from Mottec. Highly recommended.

                   Many thanks again for your prompt and efficient service yesterday, as stated at the time I am extremely satisfied with the job from start to finish
             I also took your advice and fitted a new leisure battery today.

Excellent service. Charlie kept excellent communication with me and he fixed everything so my car is running better then ever. 
I strongly recommend Mottec Automotive and I will be using this service as my first port of call for all of my car issues!

I needed someone to sort out my immobiliser problem and after leaving messages on different mobile auto tech businesses,  Charles was the only one to answer my call. He has the equipment  and above all the experience  and knowledge to sort things out.I am an old school mechanic so modern electrics not my thing but Charles did an excellent job at a good rate. I highly recommend him and I know who to contact if I need a mobile mechanic again.

Excellent service, my van is no longer sluggish & fuel consumption has improved as Charlie said it would..
