We are currently recycling 150+ vehicles undercover in our 3 purpose built warehouses, with 100’s more broken to date. We carry a huge stock of used parts – all cleaned, tested and on the shelf ready for local, national or international dispatch!

Sending quality used & new replacement spares throughout Europe on a daily basis, we also regularly send as far as America, Australia & Barbados!

From Audi A2 to Porsche 911, we will be able to help! All major units are supplied with a minimum 90-day guarantee – and we accept all major debit & credit cards.

Shocking experience with this company. 
Had to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstance they cancelled it no problem. 
Got confirmation in writing the order was cancelled on the Monday. Yet they then delivered it 4 days later on the Friday. 
Still haven’t come and collected it despite making promises to do so and still not refunding my money until they get it back. But the courier doesn’t answer their calls so can’t say when it will be picking up and refund processed. 
They don’t call you back when they say they will and blame it all on the couriers. 
Shame really as I was hoping to use this company a lot but the customer service is shocking. 
I was told tonight the reason it’s such a problem is because I cancelled. But the cancellation was confirmed-in writing- 4 days before they delivered it and been waiting since last Friday for them to collect it. For some reason the courier just doesn’t do his job and as far as they are concerned - that’s not their problem

First and only part that I ever buy from MiM, price for the part was reasonable enough with pack & post being £8.40 for an item that weighed less than 150grams!!!!!!! Sure enough that item arrived fairly quickly and looked to be in good condition. When the mechanic compared the existing and replacement they were not an exact match and it couldnt be fitted. I attempted to resolve by re-contacting MiM and found the agent to be difficult at best, he refused to accept any comment that I made and insisted on photographic evidence of the part to be replaced which if were returned would be at my expense in as was condition, I may receive a refund not including any post&package costs even though it was their error. If you consider buying from MiM ask them for photo evidence and part numbers prior to order to ensure parts will fit.
Customer service is important above price and this agent has in this instance let himself and his company down badly :-(

Had a modified engine delivered and asked for a refund. Spoke to Adam who was very quick to sort the issue out. He arranged collection of the engine at no cost to my self and refunded my money. Excellent Customer services!

i never leave reviews but i had to today. i orded a full bumper for my saab yesterday. communication was brilliant. very very cheep. sitting there today eating some toast.... knock on the door..... bumper and some small man struggling. amazing very very fast for such a big item aswell. thanks guys will be dealing with again
