I've only had experience of the service side of the business, but I cannot fault them. Very reasonable prices, very polite and helpful staff. A part unfortunately had broken on my car whilst in their workshop, but unlike other garages, they replaced it at no extra cost and even loaned me a courtesy car until it was fixed (luckily they had one)...no argument...no fuss...just did it. As I say, I cannot fault them and would highly recommend.

I took my car into Archie Moss Coalville today for a full service and to pick up a courtesy car, as pre-arranged. On arrival I was told there was no courtesy car available. I asked why I was not phoned yesterday to re-arrange and save me a journey? but could not give a reason. They must have a couple of hundred cars on their premises but could not be bothered to find one to help a customer. Very poor service, I will have to make other arrangements.

Took car in for service and faults,no faults found according to the mechanic yet plagued for months reg these issues.waste of time,won't use again.

Truely impressive service. I was more than happy with the quality & helpfulness of the staff during last weeks full service but then when the insignia lost all brake pressure today Archie Moss had the car back in straight away, bled the entire system and sorted it within an hour. Thanks to Craig and all the team!!
