I had to give theme one star but would give them none. Had these out through aa. Appalling.  Been waiting 4 hours my car is in a vulnerable posit ion it is now complEvelyn dead with no hazard lights just waiting for it to be hit by a passing lorry. One guy came outo was rubbish. IF YOU GET ALLOCATED THESE BY THE AA RING THEM BACK AND ASK FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO ATTEND. IT'S NOT ALL THIS COMPANIES FAULT BUT BETWEEN THEM AND THE AA WHAT AN ATROCIOUS SERVICE!

From my own personal experience, would not recommend anyone use this 'service'. 

Shambolic management.

It is now a police matter.

DISCUSTING UN HUMANE INDIVIDUAL - RUDE, FOWL LANGUAGE, ARROGANT MAN. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - How the DVLA/POLICE work with people like this is beyond me.
