Absolutely fabulous - taxi dropped us right at the entrance. Brilliant view from our seats, although the concrete steps were a little scary, and the handrails had too many gaps in them. But the view was incredible. All of the arena staff were amazing, helping people on the steps and very friendly. We called a taxi from outside after the show and it picked us up in a minutes despite how busy it was. We would definitely go to a show at this venue again.
Went here for The Secret of Us Tour ‘25, it was amazing! The staff were super friendly and helpful! Snacks and drinks were on the expensive side and the water you could get wasn’t really that cold and it was extremely warm in the arena. Also the toilets were kind of gross but obviously they can’t clean during a show unfortunately. Other than that, everything was pretty good, including the sound even from up in the nosebleeds seats!
Amazing atmosphere and incredible venue to be watching the UK Strongest Man finals at! Lighting and the stage production was some of the best I’ve seen. Friendly staff and the cafe on site is great for that quick snack or drink
Recently came here for Torvill and Dean last dance show. I have to say the staff are very helpful. But the place is not set up for people with disabilities having somewhere to go and eat! We got there 10 minutes after doors opened! Hour and a half before the start of the show. Hoping to go to the cafe for food! There was nowhere to sit and was packed with people. There is the food outlets around the outside of the stadium but they were not all open so only had fish and chips or hotdogs to choose from! Then there is no seating to eat! When you have crutches to juggle and food and drink it is almost impossible! So tried to go to our seating. Thanks to some lovely people behind us they helped us get to our seats safely. We won’t be eating there again it’s not set up for enough people to sit outside the stadium seating. Other than that the staff are very helpful and really enjoyed the show. They could do with more disabled toilets especially when there were so many of us with I can’t wait cards standing there for just one of them.
We visited to see War of the Worlds and had a brilliant time. It was quick to get in and easy to navigate. When we did need directions there were always really friendly and helpful staff around.nnBiggest shoutout and thank you to the person who was on the reallocation desk on 10th April. I had accidentally booked seats that meant there was no way my 10yo daughter was going to be able to see. We asked and were reallocated seated right next to the stage where we could see everything! It was amazing! My little had the absolute best time and I was massively grateful. Thank you so much!
