Professional, rapid and extremely thorough. They’ve taken good care of my Golf on multiple occasions and I will certainly be coming back. They are extremely rigorous and honest: issues with my car were diagnosed which have otherwise been missed and have saved me serious money in the long run by getting them sorted. If you want a proper job done and a mechanic that genuinely cares, look nowhere else.
Very quick service. Responded very fast. Gearbox service done on same day. Other garages wouldn’t touch the car, didn’t know what to do. These guys took the car same day and fixed it in 4 hours. Happy client. Can recommend to anyone. Very big garage. Very clean. Full of Volkswagen and Audi cars. A++++++
We had a wheel bearing failure on our A4 diagnosed and fixed by the team at Motor Continental. They fitted us in at very short notice. I took the car in first thing on Saturday morning and we were on the road again by Monday. Murad was knowledgeable and provided great customer service. I would have no hesitation in recommending Motor Continental.
VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE. First time I had occasion to use Motor Continental, I took in my A3 for some diagnostic work. Murad's team sorted everything within a few hours. Impressed by their friendly and efficient same-day service.
I had an issue with my audi a4 as it was loosing power on acceleration and a few other issues, I was researching different TRUST WORTHY garages to diagnosed the problem. I came across Motor Continental and Murad diagnosed the issue within a few minutes. I left my car at the garage for two days, during this time murad was keeping up to date with all the work. I just picked up my car and it drives amazingly, I can feel the difference in the drive. I could not be happier! Professional, polite and trustworthy is what you can expect from Motor continental and I'll be recommending them to some friends. Will see you guys for my service and mot! 
Took it in for diagnosis because my car had a coolant leak that was coming from the thermostat housing which is common on a Golf R 7.5. Brought the car from Big motoring world and the warranty process was terrible but the way everyone from Motor Continental treated me was great and I got my car back really fast. Great job.
I checked all the recent reviews within the last year before taking my ID3 to Continental Motors for a service inspection. I left completely satisfied. They handled everything promptly, professionally and carefully, identifying issues that even the VW dealership had missed which turned out to be a total disaster. They leave all the choice/control to customers with recommended quotation. They conduct their processes with transparency and patience. They fulfilled their promises over the phone, charged reasonably, and reset the inspection indicator as agreed. Continental Motors will remain my preferred garage for as long as I own my ID3. One minor thing: for some recommended fixes, they quote nearly the same price 10%-20% off as the VW dealership, but at least they leave all the choice/control to consumers.
These guys have stellar reviews but they're well deserved. I messed up installing a dashcam hardwire kit and triggered the airbag warning light. These guys checked out my car and cleared the error in 40 minutes, didn't try to sell me anything extra that I didn't need, and saw me within an hour of me ringing ahead. Will return when I need work done for sure
The team did an excellent job on servicing my car, identifying faults and advising me on action to take with my dealership. They went over and above in handling a protracted debate with the dealership. I shall be returning for my next service.
Needed a new bumper and front sensor realigned, very rapid service and very helpful staff, done within 24 hours
