The mechanic, Paul, was very understanding and accommodating, I was frantically calling garages and he was kind enough to fit me in last minute in the evening. I had several electrical issues which I suspected were linked. He came out, and quickly solved it after checking the fuse box. Very relieved I was referred to him. Lovely mechanic, definitely recommend.
I went to this garage and it is brilliant. Yousaf the mechanic diagnosed the problem and managed to fix it the same day. The pricing was reasonable and he explained what he was doing and what had been fixed. This place is excellent. I will definitely be going back whenever I have an issue with my car and for an MOT. Very happy with the service.
My car was taken in for an annual service and when it came back they told me there was multiple problems with my car which I know were never a problem before I gave them my car. Youseff then declared to me he was "waiting on a part" after that conversation Youseff decided to ignore my calls and I was forced to go to another garage, I am now looking at paying £560 for repairs on my car that he caused. I would never recommend their services.
Absolutely fantastic service. We had some worries about our car and after looking online, took it here as it's local and previous good reviews. We didn't know what was wrong but he was amazing, fixed the issues simply and we were on our way again in no time. Will definitely use again in the future
This was my first time visiting this garage, my car was due for a service check. I was met by Yusuf who was very polite and helpful. He managed to order the parts needed for my car and get me back on the road within a few hours of drop off. Called in after passing another garage who weren't very helpful. BPG were happy to help and spoke to me clearly and explained the issue... I was quickly sorted and at a very reasonable price too... even more so considering i just drove up without an appt. Very good garage and id recommend them as trustworthy
This garage is fantastic. The owner feels very trustworthy and genuine. He will always try to help you out and the pricing is great. Would recommend to anyone.
My Ford Focus bonnet lock was broken and Yusef not only replaced with new lock, using same key, with 24hrs... He checked engine, display showing 'fault', giving me clear advice and confidence in the reason for this. Assurring me engine etc were ok. I found him to be very courteous and helpful, and am very happy to give positive feedback here! And ... Reasonable price. Thank you.
In summary, the remedial action following the botched job and subsequent lack of support cost more than I paid Balls Pond Road Garage for the original job. I paid £80 for BPRG to replace a door, which sounded like a simple job. The first surprise was that the owner did not call me to describe the state of the door, which had been sent directly to the garage. And in particular didn't mention the fact that it was damaged, which would have given me the option to return it. However, I only discovered only once the door was fitted. Soon after I found that the door would not unlocked and couldn't be open from inside or out. I took it back and the owner / manager tried to palm me off to a body shop, suggesting that they'd be able to get the door open with tools that he didn't have. This turned out not to be the case, so I called back and was told that they were too busy to see me in the next week or so and then were going on holiday for a month. I could see he wasn't at all interested in putting this right, so I ended up paying over £200 to get the door open and lock mechanism fixed.
