Terrible place. Parking spaces far too small resulting in alternate empty spaces. Access to parking is very narrow too, big cars having to wait for car in front or next to move to get out. Above all the loos are upstairs with no lift. I watched a poor elderly woman being helped up and down by her assistant. It was so painful. The selection of food is paltry. This needs rebuilding from scratch.

Large parking and eating area, good selections of food and drink, toilets regularly cleaned and checked. There is a nearby travelodge and a shortcut to halesowen/harborne/edgbaston

Only choices for food is Greggs or burger king. Choose Greggs, it was a mistake. Customer service was poor and really low choice of options and pasties were cold. Never stopping here again.
