Disgusting customer service, I was charged twice for £76 of fuel; 1st debit receipt printed off and cashier advises it hasn't processed, I show the cashier on my mobile bank app the payment is pending (going through), he advises it's failed and I can call the bank and cancel and demands another payment. He advises only one of the two would be charged. I had to pay as needed VAT receipt in order to be reimbursed for the fuel from work. Two payments have been processed through my bank account several days ago and BP are refusing to refund me the money.

I find the white middle age woman who wears glasses extremely rude with no customer service skills. Whatever day or time it is she is very grumpy and greets customers as if they are an annoyance. You try to make polite conversation however her response is very cold with no smile . Why would anyone employ her!!. It's time for her to retire and recruit staff who understand the simple concept of customer service . She was on shift 24th November at 15:00. I did not want to give a one star but it required for a star to be selected for the review to be posted.

Disgusting... been told it's illegal to take a toddler in the shop to pay!!!!.. my child was in the car whilst I was topping up. There was no sign what so ever.

Generally cheap prices. Good to collect nectar points too. Could do with more pumps at busy times. £1 for 6 minutes air is a bit pricey.

Stopped here because my 3 year old grandson needed the toilet. My daughter took him into the petrol station by which time he was crying and distraught. The woman on duty said that they did not have any customer toilets and told them to go to Asda! My grandson came back to the car sobbing and within seconds was soaking wet. I am absolutely appalled by this woman's callous behaviour.
