I contacted the store in The Crescent Shopping Centre , Limerick today to inquire if they had a copy of Orla Fallon's CD Baby Lullaby in stock. My call was answered by an assistant named Joan who announced herself. How professional as well as personable this is. Joan having confirmed that they had the CD, I further inquired if it would be possible to post two CD's to me.Joan having checked with her Manager confirmed she would and told me that the store Manager had waived postage costs!. Wonderful customer service , taking the time trouble and effort to meet my request. Well done and thank you Joan and your Store Manager. You both represent Mothercare in the best possible light. Mgt O'Leary
