Rude unhelpful staff. Chatting amongst each other while nobody wanted to help me sign up for broadband. The lot of them should be fired.
EIR SHOP IN CRESCENT SHOPPING CENTER HAS NO PHONE!!! Dealt with Laurence hogan in crescent shopping Center limerick. I’m a wheel chair user and have to say this very competent young man took time with my sister and I for an upgrade system transfer on sims . He was so knowledgable we were wowed by his knowledge and attention to details. Kudos to his mentor and manager. Service with a smile . Dealt with me after slurred speech . Never once did he brush me or dismiss me. You so lucky to have such outstanding staff. Please relay to him. Just waiting on call now , and to put in new sim etc Laurence hogan you are a credit to your company as I’ve had people slam phone on me due to speech. I've been a customer for years and I have never seen such pleasent manager Jim so nice and his customer service staff Sarah. Madden was beautiful little girl so polite mannerable and gave me the help I needed such a nice girl will come back thanks Jim and Sarah
Would not help me one bit with my enquiry. Said to call the customer service and staff would not even call them themselves with the enquiry. I only needed a new SIM card as my old one stoped working. I went to the parkway shopping centre and they sorted my problem within 5 minutes.
I dealt with Cathal this morning at the Eir store in The Crescent Shopping Centre Limerick. Very professional, courteous and efficient. Highly recommended.
After staff help with transaction.i left a back pack with paper work,in store and thanks to staff I was able to retrieve it.always friendly.
Have recently ported to eir and found the staff in the eir shop in crescent s.c. very helpful and a delight to deal with
