Brilliant store. Excellent choice of products and really well layout. Lovely helpful staff who can always give you advice. Always great to pop in when there’s a sale. Good to have the clarks there too very helpful

Ordered buggy online and got delivered as we do not have a car atm after 3 months its faultly,to be told via the main phone line to take it into a store to be assessed for repair. (not a thought as to how I will walk a broken buggy there!)Its not in town so is a walk to get to on a retail park,so not convenient with an 8 week old baby and 4 yr old. Add the fact that I no the service in Stevenage store is slow and could be there for hours. This could not be more hassle if they tried. So I tried to phone the store to find out the best time to come in,guess what no answer for hours and hours and still no answer. So I will have to leave a whole day to get this done and just hope someone deals with me. Feels like they are penalising me for not driving. Will never order from mothercare again.

Lovely big store with a good range of items. It's a shame you always have to wait so long to be served. It doesn't matter what time of day you visit the store (and it can be really quiet) there are never any staff around for advice and you have to queue for ages at the till. The Clarks shoe section is usually well staffed though in my experience.
