We’ve just been here for a VIP Personal Shopper experience as a treat for my mum. The lady who helped us was friendly, very patient and gave some great tips, my mum tried and bought some clothes she wouldn’t never have looked twice at. The tea at Patisserie Valerie, and makeover at the Benefit stand, were a wonderful cherry on the cake. The only downside was the parking is only 3 hours, we could easily have stayed longer to browse a bit more!

As a brand new store, it's nice for a walk around and there's a few places to eat or have a hot drink. On our visits, we've never actually bought anything from Debenhams though.

Great shop. Bought online for click and collect at the new store in Stevenage. Tried on in fab changing rooms. Perfect. Bright and airy. Loved it. Costa Coffee is a lovely place to meet up with friends before or after shopping or browsing. Wide price range to suit everybody's pocket. My dress by Redherring was £22 and not a sale price!!! Concessions of all kinds for every occasion.

My favourite store in Stevenage to shop for top brand clothing and to sit and relax over a cup of coffee in the restaurant. A great place with a really positive feel.

Nice food but service a bit slow. Too much chatting from the 6 staff and don't quote 10 mins if you cannot deliver. Also got moved to a table with menu when looking at choices. Seems a bit harsh - only my second visit to a Creams so like to look at choices.
