Great place. January sales were awesome. There is ample parking. Inside there is a soft and bouncy castle for the kids. For adults there is a Costa coffee.

They never answer their phone. I've been trying to get through to them to enquire about my mothercare pushchair I gave to them to fox for a 2nd time and it's been 3 weeks already and no reply. I call them for hours woth no success. This mothercare is 35min drive for me so I am not going there willingly for nothing. All I need is a call to return my pushchair extras and receive a credit note and get another. Mothercare complaints said they can assist then changed their minds. I am so disappointed in them and the loan pushchair is terrible.

Great store as it had good choise on new parents iteams. Also great sales all the time. Just lack of Christmas spirit this year from a staff members.
