It's okay. Clothing is on par with the type you get at the large grocery stores like Morrison and Tesco but a bit more variety. Free parking.

Today at matalan....They had one pack of kids boxers for £6 but two packs for £10 so obviously i picked up two, I then spent twenty minutes in the queue to get to the till and the cashier tells me the 2 for £10 deal is only valid if I have a matalan card ( which I don't and do not want) other wise it's £16 for both. I said how is it when they are £6 a pack but she insisted without the matalan card I have to pay 16 quid. I asked to speak to a manager but they were nowhere to be found so I just swore at the cashier lady and left. This matalan has below mediocre customer service and staff are slower than snails literally. Such a crap place.
