Re-vamped wedding dress Sylvia of Beau Monde made an oyster velvet wedding dress for me back in 1996. Fast forward 20 years and I wanted to wear it again for my 20th wedding anniversary party. Sylvia did a great job re-vamping it. She took off the sleeves, took it in and made me a wonderful antique looking silver and silk belt which was detachable. She was very reasonable £150 for all the work. She's fun and has good ideas too. I will use her again
Slyvia is absolutely amazing! I couldn't recommend anyone more for custom, tailored outfits. She created a beautiful, comfortable jacket and trouser combo that makes me feel exactly like ME, not some store mannequin or someone else.
Sylvia Young has been making clothes for me for 20 years. Everything from little summer skirts up to my wedding dress. Fantastic fabrics made into beautiful clothes that actually fit.
