Mother Kellys is a high-quality fish and chip shop, which is a local family owned business.

We have been serving our customers for over 30 years

Story

Here at Mother Kellys, we source our fish from the finest providers in the area and give our customers at least 8 varieties of fish to take your fancy.

However, if fish is not for you, we also have burgers, pies, vegetarian solutions and much more.

We quality control all of our ingredients so that they are nothing but the best we can provide to you. Our food is reliable every week and freshly prepared on site.

You can either eat in or take away, as our restaurant closes at 10:00pm and the take away closes at 11:00pm

Amazing Fish and Chips. Reasonably priced and friendly staff.
Another delicious meal at Mother Kellys Paulsgrove/Portchester. Its always been scrupulously clean, but now it's sterilized to an inch of its life! The processes and new seating means everyone is as safe as possible to enjoy the best fish and chips in a friendly calm environment!! Well done to all, we have missed you!

In this restaurant you can find the most popular fish and chips, and more. There has place to eat in or you can order takeaway. You can order and from your home. The parking is small and is not very useful.

Great piece of Haddock,although the batter is a bit oily. Nice firm crispy chips as always. Nice spot for a walk with good views of the Spinnaker Tower.
We always go to Mother Kelly's on average once a week. However since the beginning of the year the fishcod has changed maybe the fish suppliers but definitely gone downhill. And it has not just been a one off three times now. It is thin and grey.
