I have been in this store around 5 times over the past 2 years, never good service.. staff always act like they are better than you, not very helpful, make shopping harder than easier.. other suit shows in Crawley like suits direct have way better suits and better Customer Service... Breeze past Moss Bros and shop there insteas
I walked in expecting great customer service, but I was sadly mistaken. The service levels are appalling, the customer service staff didn't seem that keen on helping customers. They've got a fairly decent collection, but the customer service is a total let down. Never again
Terrible customer service from the gentleman believed to be the store manager. On 3 separate occasions now, he has been less than helpful, arrogant, and had an issue with his attitude. Downright unprofessional. Purchases made easy, returns made impossible.
Not impressed Spent nearly £500 on suit etc, asked for a suit carrier, carrier was labelled £39.95, was nearly charged £49.95, questioned the price, then was told it was higher price, Manager refused to budge on the higher price. Beware they do not keep to labelled prices. One customer never to return
Manager very unprofessional for such a prestigious brand. Rude to customers and staff. I tried to amend an order for a suit hire for my brothers wedding as I was told I could, yet the first time going back to change it he said it couldn’t be changed. I then contacted customer services who told me his advise was nonsense and to go back in store and get my sizes changed as it was still within a suitable time frame to do so. I went back into store, spoke to the same incompetent manager and despite having an email as proof he refused to read it or acknowledge my order and continued to sell me the same story that I couldn’t change my sizing. He proceeded to be rude by saying ‘he’s not even getting paid for this’ as to make me feel sympathetic towards him despite me being the paying customer. He did not help, He was rude and I still haven’t resolved the issue. Will not be going here again.
Absolutely horrible customer service on the part of man who work there. Perhaps he's manger, was not letting other sales associate to help, taking over them and then not helping as well.. not interested in serving customers. Very very rude. Will never shop at this location. Such a shame that I have to give them even one star. Save yourself time and go elsewhere.

Hi I would like to leave a review regarding my amazing shopping experience with Sdy. I had a stressful time to find a Prom suit for my son, had tried different shops no luck. My son has got a big size Blazer 50, trousers 48 Sdy was very polite and was very professional. He straight away said exactly my son sizes Then he ordered the suit with next day delivery. I received a very good quality, very nice looking suit and it fits my son perfectly. Sdy saved my son Prom If you have a company rewards or bonuses Sdy is the best one considering for it Thank you for your outstanding service. Will be back again and recommend this shop to anyone whom is looking for a special quality suit with amazing customer service experience
Went into Crawley store today to arrange for my suit trousers to be altered and was absolutely shocked and appalled at the managers attitude towards me,these were ordered in April length was wrong for him to say “should of gone somewhere else where they care “ Really !!! Will not be shopping here again
I hired my suit from Oxford, but needed to pickup at Crawley. They phoned me up 3 times to update me as the order came in, which was extremely helpful. The manager ? was really friendly and kind. The final fit in-store was no problem for them, they wanted to make sure the order was correct. Overall, positive experience, friendly staff.
