Shocked to be told off by a senior members of staff 2/9/22 am shift for giving my 6 year old son water from their water dispenser,that was actually placed near their changing rooms, obviously for customer use !! ..I had about 3 dresses to buy, and walked off ...After telling this lady what I think she had noting so say, an apology would be appropriate at that point .Even my children were shocked and didn’t understand what the deal was! I almost never leave a bad review unless I feel something is out of order. So unprofessional and quite frankly sad that the staff would chose to speak to me this way rather than assist me and actually make a sale ...

Lovely shop with friendly staff. I am a terrible shopper and often ask advice as to if something suits me or fits correctly and the ladies are always there with a smile and an honest eye. Quality of clothes are great too!

Fantastic ladieswear shop with a lot of great products the merchandising is always exceptional , lots of outfit building and choices for all times of the day and sizes.  The product is a little more expensive than say primark but your getting a much better product that will last and be worth the cost. The staff are always incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.  Great shopping experience!!!!

I used to like this store, but the ‘older’ staff attitude is becoming appalling. If you are not going to be patient with modern technology Apple Pay on iwatch don’t have features that allows customers to pay from it. Your customer service has gone out the window lately. I’ll stick to NEXT stores. If you don’t like your job that’s not my fault.

Not only did I manage to purchase some gorgeous items very cheaply in the sale, but they actually had an open fitting room to try them on in, as they've got a clever steamer to disinfect the clothes and the area! Very friendly staff, cheery, chatty and helpful.

My Wife and I have visited Apricot on several occasions and we have always found the staff to be very helpful. The clothes are also lively and nor expensive. Definitely worth a visit!

Love the clothing. Like all retailers, sizing could be better. I'm size 18, I brought 2 tops that are a 14 and fit perfectly

I always find the ladies in the Crawley store very friendly. My most recent experience was no different...I popped in and tried a skirt on and it was a bit snug. They didn't have the next size in store but suggested I ordered on line from store for free delivery. They helped me with this. This was Tuesday and skirt arrived to my home on Friday! Fits perfectly and I love it!! Thank you.
