Managed to get a good selection for a child in need back in Africa. Found the staff alot more friendly and helpful today, especially the young lady called Fatima who displayed amazing customer service and care. She was helpful, polite and friendly. Keep up the amazing work
Love this place! Very cheap clothing... keeps my wife happy for ages!nI was most amused when I found the 'leather look' leggings... when I mentioned to my wife that she might look good in them... the happiness seemed to disappear, only to be replaced by scowls. She said that she wouldn't wear them... so when she wasn't looking, I slipped them into the bag! There was a horrified look on her face when the young lady behind the counter pulled them from the bag... a look of horror that intensified 1000% when I asked the young lady if she thought they would suit ME!!nMy wife still hasn't worn them... I however, think they show off my own behind very nicely...
Generally good accessibility. Most/ all aisles are wide enough for a standard wheelchair. Main walkway is wide enough for a wheelchair to pass a pushchair. Floor is smooth and level. Tills have an accessible counter that disabled customers can ask a staff member to check them out at potentially skipping long lines or avoiding the queuing area for those who need it.nnTwo large lifts with more than enough space for a pushchair and wheelchair. The best lifts in county mall even! But basket holders being placed in front of the buttons on both floors makes it difficult to call the lift for some wheelchair users. I would really appreciate if they could be moved to somewhere else.
Went to Primark yesterday with family, and a lady called Amelia was amazing! She went above and beyond for us! Very friendly and helpful.
I love the clothes they have in but find it very hard to find the right size clothes as 9-12 and 12-18months seem to be very hard to find in the things I liked. But plenty to choose from.
