Went in last week to get painkillers and was prescribed ibuprofen and 12mg codeine. I have since found out it has MAJOR interaction with my meds and can cause internal bleeding. Luckily I’ve been ok. My husband was asked what meds I was on today when he went to get more by my a different pharmacist and we found out it should n been prescribed. May be best checking yourself before trusting a pharmacist. When spoke to the manager to complain he said it’s a ‘judgement call’ And we can have a word with the deputy ourselves. So unprofessional.

Consistently bad. I’ve tried putting scripts in two weeks in advance but they are still never ready on time and often really rude and unhelpful. Have run out of important medication several times because of this. So stressful and affects health. Really really poor :

Poor service. I order prescriptions easily a week ahead in order to not run out, it's never ready when you get there and takes up to two weeks by the time you are asked to collect days later again. Male pharmacist oozes personality malfunction. Time to move on.

waited in a long que to be told i can't have my perscription. come back tomorrow, er what drive another 40 mile round trip to pick it up because you are to lazy to get it off the shelf.

Verry poor service. Made sure script was in early enough, never ready on time, always short. As I live in LLanon, I try to make the journey into town sparingly making sure all is arranged for collection in one journey. Script is never ready at the time they say. I can never get through to them on the phone, and are Verry rude when I complain…. Waste of time.. moving on to somewhere more efficient. Don’t use

Refused to issue a prescription for antibiotics as they were closing 'in an hour'. Also lied to my brother saying there was no pharmacist available when he was clearly visible behind a counter at the, back of the pharmacy. Shocking service!!!

Very rude and blunt to my son who collected my medication on Sunday the 21/08/2020  I don't think any body must take this short of  welcome when they are collecting  medication from Morrisons My son had travelled 46 miles round trip to collect my medication

Shocking my prescription is never on time they have miss placed one of my prescriptions and never answer the phone rather rude!

Disappointed to find them shut today I needed medicine. The pharmacist had broken down she couldn't make it in.

Very helpful staff. Efficient and friendly
