Nice branch. Car park is always a bit of a muddle, it's a funny layout and then if someone stops on the road instead of in a space it holds everyone else up. Usually they have security near the door area. Feels safe inside. There is a cafe which looks OK but I haven't been in it. Too many self serve tills... In my own opinion but others may disagree.
Store is ok but cafe!! Over priced. Poor quality foods. Staff were not that friendly compared to other Morrisons. Tables were dirty and staff spent most time in kitchen chatting. I've been to many Morrisons cafe around country..very disappointed with this one..has put me off really
Wait at a till for 3-5minutes holding a full heavy basket.... The only till open int he store at around 8PM. Some store worker comes over to collect the baskets and asks me to use the self service tills?? Woman on the check out is shouting "close the gate" about 6 times... she's closing the till but let me stand their with a heavy basket for 3-5minutes? How disrespectful... doesn't even tell me "sorry I'm closing this till" just shouts "close the gate" to the other staff member. What a JOKE!!! other staff member did at least scan all my items for me but still a massive inconvenient.. As a long time Morrisons customer I will now start shopping elsewhere! I was so tempted to drop the basket on the floor and just leave! never been so disrespected in all my life
Confusing car park. Shop seems dirty and out dated. Accosted on my way in for a mortisons card. When i declined the lady tutted and rolled her eyes. And went on tonpass ruse comment to her colleague stood next to her. Not a nice welcome at all
Terrible staff. Not value for money. Came to the till with approximately £100worth of groceries. Had 2 trays of eggs with the groceries and told I can only have 24 eggs, so to put the rest of the eggs back. This was not made aware of the eggs section. Now there is a queue behind me. I let the staff member know that this should be advised in the eggs section this is now going to cause inconvenience for me, for the other customers. The staff member then got a member of security to take the eggs off me and leave me with 24 eggs. 20p per egg quite expensive
Tired looking store. Toilets clean but gents badly laid out meaning the urinal was in view if both outer doors opened at same time. Hand dryer blocked cubicle door.
What a helpful person i met today Julie She is so friendly and professional without her help in the fish section I couldn’t buy octopus and calamari as she offered to clean them even she wasn’t working there Thx Julie
Fifteen minutes wait at the cigarette counter, to be then told they do not have them in stock. There were only four customers in front of me.
I know inflation is hitting every thing but when the likes of butter can go up by £1 in a week I think shops and suppliers are taking the *^#! Out of people . They are not suffering that much but us shoppers are I am retired and I don't get any pension credits or low income support or such like I have a small personal pension that keeps me just above the minimum allowance to claim anything.
I like Morrisons however I feel like the quality of the meat and choice has been decreasing lately. Still coming for necessary purchase as it is well located and easy access.
