I had a delivery man this afternoon who was very rude. He started hitting my door this morning when he was delivering my order and even left all the things on the floor. when I opened the door, I asked him to press the bell and not to hit the door but he rudely replied “do you want the things or not” and took all the things away. I am very unsatisfied with this service.

staff very helpful. place does feel.like it could do with a good clean though. Overall a good place to shop and it's open a lot later than most other food retail places.

Yesterday we asked for delivery didn't turn up because they didn't listen when we corrected the address which was wrong. We got it this morning the driver ignored us when we spoke to him with a face like thunder. Called them up only to be greeted with a rude young lady with a bad tone with the name starting with J who didn't believe us. Member of my household went up there got products changed. We shouldn't have to go up the shop because the staff treat us badly and we feel as though they think we are lying outrageous service Human resources been called yesterday I'll be calling again today. ( If you want delivery don't go to ashot Iceland)

This shop is one of the best shops in Aldershot, for customer service is 100%, the shelves are always full and the freezers are too
