Like all supermarkets they are not all that they say. Cheaper on some things is true but the quality on veg and fruit just does not last very long before it goes off. Biscuits and cereal packets have all reduced in size over the past few weeks so not a great price value as it once was. But still cheaper on a lot of things. The tills are a nightmare stupid small packing area on the end. Never do a big shop as it is impossible to pack properly. Much business is lost this way so imagine how much more popular they would be if they sorted the tills out. I find a lot of the staff are rude and unhelpful. Not as bad as it used to be gradually improving.

Convenient and inconvenient at the same time. Good if you are in walking distance, but if you need to drive then you may as well park at Morrisons. Shuts a bit too early, but can't blame them because the centre of Aldershot is almost dead by 7-8PM. They do have self checkout here, which is great but people also do their full shopping here so can take longer than normal cashier sometimes.

No longer refund your car parking cost. Shop is always very busy at the weekends with slow queues. Evenings are much quieter, but the shelves are mostly empty of fresh goods, so end up having to buy part of my shop elsewhere. Watch out for pople pushing in at the self-service queue.

There are good bargain buys but you always have to queue for ages also there are always stock clutter in the isles

It's getting worse. Still loading shelfs at 10.30am using delivery lorry boxes so lots of blocking. No Thursday specials out. Long long que at self service tills. Why why when will senior management learn that they do NOT work. A till operator wins everytime.
