As always morrisons a batter one, especially kitchen here. However should get some more choice for boys clothes.
My mum visited the store on Monday 15th April. She was looking at something when. She was apparently approached by a young male staff member with fair hair. He asked her if she needed any help and was she OK. My mum was absolutely thrilled with the quality of customer service and happy to hear him move onto someone else and ask them too.nWhat a wonderful experience she had, she is just sad she didn't get his name.nWell done to young man.
I have just had a cooked breakfast in your cafe,and can honestly say it was one of the worst ones I have ever had!!! The sausages were black, the black pudding was over cooked and the rest wasn't much better.
Self service check out was awful. Kept saying error on bagging area. Had items with tags and assistant came but missed a clothing item in full display as it was on top. Came home to find tag still on through fabric. So can’t wear it. Another item also came home with a tag so can only assume they don’t set of any alarm system! Shoddy service.
Loads of free car parking & great staff. Unfortunately, like many other supermarkets, they have loads of self-checkouts, which cause loads of errors & result in you having to wait for staff to sort them, rather than being a quick way of checking out.nThe fruit & veg should be more closely monitored too, some is in a really poor condition.
