We popped in before we headed home.nSpot on for customer service and friendly.nMore options than I can remember for fresh and world food; but can do better on vegan food.nI understand the cost of living and prices, but some items are definitely too much.nThe toilets are in need of cleaning and no soap which is shameful for a supermarket.nI'm glad that, I personally carry hand sanitizer.nThe car park is quite large but it gets busy.
Great service. 5 stars all the way. BUT!!nMake the text on the huel bigger. I didn't see the words Main and too the word Drink to mean it was part of the meal deal drink. My bad but you could make the text the same to help. Thanks.
Great range of products for those with food intolerance and dietary requirements. Vegetarian, pescaterian, vegan etc...nThe staff are particularly great. Sophie, Dawn, Tim and Vonnie are especially kind and professional.nThank you waitrose, excellent customer service.
Teach your staff properly. I understand the challenge 25 policy. But I was buying a monster which is 16+. I’m 23 and don’t even look close to that age. Think it’s appalling your staff can’t differentiate ages apart. It was the old woman with blonde hair on the self checkouts at 2:20 on Friday 26th. She doesn’t have a clue what’s she’s doing.
My partner bought some price reduced fruit here. On one of the items the yellow price sticker was covering the 'use by' date, and on peeling this off, it was two days before we bought it. The item should not have been on the shelves let alone sold. Use by dates are a food safety issue before anyone wonders why it matters. Beware. I would have reported to the local food safety team, but for some reason the postcode is not recognised on the FSA website.
