We popped in before we headed home.nSpot on for customer service and friendly.nMore options than I can remember for fresh and world food; but can do better on vegan food.nI understand the cost of living and prices, but some items are definitely too much.nThe toilets are in need of cleaning and no soap which is shameful for a supermarket.nI'm glad that, I personally carry hand sanitizer.nThe car park is quite large but it gets busy.
Shocking service! I went in to the store after a long day at work simply wanting to enjoy a nice cold monster for those who don’t know it’s a cold energetic beverage. I’m clearly over age I have a set of car keys and even offered to collect my id from the vehicle. After this they continued to be disrespectful and charged me full price for a meal deal when I had a drink crisps and a wrap yet the drink was taken off me and didn’t even offer to get me another one. Shocking service I would not be returning to this self entitled selfish and disgusting behaviour of a store. And lastly anyone who reads this STAY AWAY!! There’s no chicken drum sticks and if you are lucky to find any it charges you £10.36 when the shelf says £4.50
Ordered from Waitrose via Uber Eats and received a food item wrapped in cling film with the original plastic seal missing. This is completely unacceptable and a serious food hygiene concern. When I contacted Waitrose, they refused to take responsibility and instead blamed Uber Eats, despite the packaging clearly being handled by the store. Shockingly poor accountability for a basic food safety issue.
Waitrose is the best supermarket a great shopping experience.nVery helpful friendly staff.nOnly one negative, I used to be a code checker checking dates on items and pointed out to a staff member that the milk had not Been stock rotated, hopefully the member putting out stock received training.
Nice massive shop.nVery tidy and really well-set-up.nYou can find any type of groceries you are after.nThey have a nice section for fresh meat and another for fresh fish as well. You have to get there early though nThey also have a decent costumers parking.nThe building looks pretty from outside as well as from inside indeed
