Quality of products is good but terrible customer service. 7pm and one person serving on the tills, who wasn't old enough to serve alcohol, and two other staff standing around having a chat with each other as the queue got bigger. What appeared to be a manager got herself a coffee and wandered off, completely oblivious to the situation. If this was a one off then fair enough but it happens regularly.

The food is all out of date, it seems no one can be bothered to stock check, don’t forget the ignorance and unacceptable behaviour of the management

Fantastic service today at the checkout and I left my I phone in the toilet and it was returned safely great store ❤️

My favourite supermarket. Staff so helpful. Fruit and vegetables totally fresh. They sell many items others don't stock. Nice to get the bonus of a free national newspaper when spending more than ten pounds.

Did one delivery shop. It asked for mobile number to help driver - fair enough. Next, repeated unwanted spam texts in spite of me ticking every box saying I didn't want marketing junk. Will not use again.
