Great store with helpful and friendly staff. Nice as it's not too busy and there is plenty of free parking. The cafe is fantastic and and the salad bar, bakery and rotisserie are also on top form. There is always plenty of staff around and always happy to help. The stock all items as bigger stores, even though its not the biggest store.
Visited the in store florists today, the ladies were so friendly and helpful in making me exactly what I wanted going above and beyond in great customer service.The quality of the flowers, and choice of different fresh bouquets is excellent. From previous experience, the flowers last ages and are very competitively priced. Highly recommend.
Only really go to pick up some lunch, the filled baguettes and cobs are always stale, even with a day to go on the best by.nnThe hot food counter is hit n miss as to whether the chips are actually cooked through.nnNot going to bother anymore as everyone at work moans about this too.
It was early evening, store was quiet, shelves well stocked, good selection of items I was looking to purchase. Bakery and deli counter were closed, but the chilled counters were well stocked up. Store felt alittle in need of a clean, floor was grubby and cardboard lying about. Self checkout quiet, would have been quicker if when I needed an assistant, she’d have come when I signalled her, just finishing my conversation with a colleague…. So I waited…. There was only 2 of us in self check out and no rush.
First of all, there is no option of zero stars. So i have to give it 1 . I went for delivery pickup and there was a old lady giving me. As it was a large delivery like 6 bags and pack of water bottles. She said you have to pick in your hands. Trolley are not allowed to take to car park. I said what ?? I asked if any chance i bring back the trolley to you. She very rudely said its not allowed. At last any how i manage to grab bags one by one.nAnd more thing when i was picking the order. Another lady coming to me and shouting like excuse me excuse me. Where you taking bags. I think she might thinking i am picking without pay. I said it just delivery bags. Please check labels on it. This all things makes me very embarrassed. They don’t even know how to talk to customers and delivery drivers.
