Best Lidls around the staff are always amazing and go out of their way to help even tho you can tell they’re always mega busy. I live nearer the other Lidls but go out of my way to go to this one because of how welcome the staff make me feel. Seb always seems to be everywhere working hard and still finds time to see how my weeks going and make me laugh which is rare for me especially when spending money!!!nnMany thanks team
On Monday I visited the store and when I went to self service check out I realised I forgot 2 itmes and the lady on self service kindly asked another colleague to fetch them for me . I want to thank Saf for the wonderful customer service she had given me. She is the credit to the company.
Absolutely brilliant store. The staff are so friendly and helpful. They take time to help. Well laid out, well stocked and good fresh produce. Seb is a stand out member of staff for me.
I was in lidle on Derby road in Burton this morning.nThe teller refused to do what he was supposed to do even though I asked him three times.nI reported him to a supervisor and the supervisor defended him right in my face saying he has been working in the shop for a long time the supervisor completely brushed me off. When I asked the supervisor are you defending what he did? He then said OK I will have a word with him.nAnd the worst part is when I was leaving the shop the staff bust out laughing at me the supervisor included.nThis is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I think management will have to give staff in this shop further training.nI don't think I will ever enter that shop again and I am going to tell others about how horrible staff are in that shop.nI am vary disappointed.
As usual this is one of my favourite supermarkets. Quality stuff and cheaper. Visited Burton on Trent to see my good friend and we decided to grab some snacks and drinks here. I love their bakery too.
