Plenty of food in-store.  Very good value but a little confusing to shop in.  Aisles  are long and it is not easy to understand where products are.  I, personally, found  staff lacking in courtesy except the lady at the till  - she was helpful and cheerful.  
Fresh produce looked nice but I was put off by a manager explaining loudly to the staff to fill shelves up.   Not enticing at all.

Good if you just need something quick and don't want to go into town. Some things are a little pricey but they lower them on and off. Just a case of getting the bargains before there gone.

It does exactly what it's supposed to in terms of a supermarket! Always has a good selection of fresh fruit and veg and has a decent chilled and frozen selection of vegetarian foods. Their free from range has improved significantly and is cheaper than other shops in the town centre. The majority of the staff are pleasant and approachable sometimes a small wait on issues with the self service but I've personally never had unexpected items in my bagging area so can't complain. The home delivery service is great for those reliant on the horrors of arriva public transport. I've yet to go in looking for basic supplies without finding them. The new children's trolleys and buggy trolleys are horrific however as now your not only dodging those who think the shop is a social gathering but need shin guards to defend yourself against errant children using the tiny trolleys as a medieval battering ram
