Went to Costa coffee today and having purchased  my order I was given my change without a receipt.  I asked the barista for my receipt  and was told to sit down and she will print one off and bring it over. I finished my coffee and prior to leaving I asked again for my receipt and was told she is too busy. I do not know if I have received my reward points. This is not the first time this has happened and I now wonder if this is another case of the amounts not being put through the tills to avoid tax. I think HMRC and the Office of Fair Trading will be interested in my experience today.

Not as good as it used to be. Maybe its the Xmas rush but these new girls seemed uncaring and I know I'm disabled but that makes it tough to carry a tray. Used to be more staff and the friendly boy would offer to carry it for you. He's not there now. A Barista I think they called him. Slipped badly in my ratings. Prefer other places now, this Costa has gone rough and that's such a shame. Pick your act up Costa Coffee. Very poor

Lovely coffee and friendly staff just could've done with an extra member of staff as when I came in there was a really big queue and a lot of dirty tables but as usual that's big companies trying to get less people to do more work other than that it was great
