Some worker looking after the tills gave me a lecture which self scan I should be using. Very rude and obnoxious. Morrisons should hire people with quality soft skills not an idiot like that. I think she race profiled me out. The people in the cafe were great. Just that one person supervising the self scan shocked me.
Morrisons cafe is much improved from a few years ago food quality. You can also now get a breakfast 8 items for 7.35 where you can select what items you want. Reminiscent of the old Littlewoods cafe from the 90s! Edited to add - this shows how much prices have increased in 30 years as LW was 5 items for 99p in about 1996. This should be about £2-3 today!!
Good ample parking. Shop has descent selection and love the seafood / fish selection the other big 3 dont offer that anymore. You can get fresh lobster. And the melton pies are top notch.nPrices quite reasonable.
Morrisons is great, it has a fresh meat, fish counter, and always looks very nice - conclusion is l always nearly buy something for dinner as freshness and quality counts. Variety of many other items too many to describe. Also Morrisons card gives you great savings
Very unhygienic the toilets really smell vile. Rather than having signs written down of what doesn't work they've put a double-sided sticky tape stuck all over everything it looks awful and is totally unclear as to what works a sign would have been much better. But most things in there have been broken like that for long periods of time and it really smells vile. The customer services desk has been really dirty for years. I've made personalised complaints to the managers on several occasions and three years later and it still not even satisfactory or hygienic in a place where they're putting food whether it's in packaging or not.
