Morissons is brilliant. Pick 2 bananas, 2 onions. No need buy big bags of veg or fruit that u don't want. Just buy what you need.
Morrisons in Arbroath impressed me enough to leave my first ever supermarket review. From the flowers in the car park to the locally made products to the checkout operator, it was a very good shop.
You can't expect a good customer service score when you use unattended auto cashier machines replacing employees who can say hello to and get a welcome smile from them. Impersonal, unwelcome place like a warehouse, miserable place, low economy lighting to do your shopping. Low cost business comes with a price... So, please dont ask a 4 or a 5 star score. You have lost this trying to get your business as much impersonal as possible.
