Doing some late shopping and one item I just couldn't find Tiramisu. I asked a new starter but she wasn't able to locate the dessert with it being her first day. A little later the new starter found me to tell me she had found the Tiramisu. A big thank you to the new staff member for helping me complete my shopping list!
Smaller store so ranging not the best but you can buy all your essentials. Also has an amazon locker, which was main reason for my visit, just took advantage of morrisons and bought a few essentials which took business away from another supermarket so we'll played morrisons I've now dropped a star from my review. Last couple of visits I've witnessed whom I presume to be the manager snapping at staff. On yesterday's visit I asked a member of staff locating something, she was really helpful however then manager came over abruptly asked her what we were looking for. I told him what the item was, he then snapped at me that they don't stock it and went storming past. Store seemed a bit chaotic as there was a lot of stacking going on at same time As a smaller store the staff are really friendly, shame same can't be said for manager
Morrisons in castleford may be small. But the staff are very down to earth. Friendly talkative and helpful. Not at all like Pontefract Morrisons.
I love to shop at morrisons but this one is not that big to shop. maybe you will feel little dispointed if you are use to shop at big morrisons. most of product i love to buy from morrisons are not present at this one. but yes depending on what you want to buy you can give it a try.
Car park requires pot holes sorting out B & M. Have done there share to sort the car park out.
Not a big enough selection of certain items. But good customer service
Went in today, lots of staff all talking to each other blocking fridge’s/ shelves very ignorant staff , then only one till open . Make’s no sense to me could do with a manager to manage the place .
With misleading headline member pricing. We're just cash cow's now
I have only one problem and that is I have a disabled friend whom has cancer, she only gets out once a week through me, she has so much pain so she slowly walks around doing her shopping, so obviously I'm going to be on site longer than the recommended 2 hours. Hence parking fine Not a Happy Bunny
Morrisons I use every week as prices go a bit pricey but I like certain things but don't get my main items there
