I was at this store yesterday 30th march ive never known such bad service.The staff member on the till was arrogant treated customers appalling threw purchases towards packing area slammed change into their hands..The manager needs to retrain this person she should not be dealing with customers with attitude, the lady before me was intimidated and very upset this is not a one off she is a permanent member of staff and should not be allowed to intimidate customers and make them feel uncomfortable.
My fiancé & I bought a small frozen chicken for £1-49, we both enjoyed 3 meals from that chicken , we'll definitely be back for another soon. In this photo I am having chicken stew on a pancake, it was lovely
Well understaffed on a Saturday and had to queue for over 20 mins. When I was served staff didn't even look at me. Just overworked all around.
Decent size, always busy, can be a bit chaotic and generally queueing to pay.
The biggest fault with Iceland is having 1 till open. Customers were queuing up and down the aisles. Staff blatantly ignoring the bell ringing for some help. All stood out the back smoking. It's about time they got their act together.
