Very disappointed spent 10 mins designing a cake on the intercake machine only to go collect it an be told they have no cakes until next monday. Why is there not a sign saying out of order!. When I questioned this I got told it isn't out of order it is working well clearly not if there is no cake to print it on.

Some shelf s are not replaced with some stock fast enough for my liking. Women on check out talk to much to their colleagues on other check outs. You feel like you are interupting them. Very slow sevice on tills...nah

I don't usually shop at Asda. I called in at 2.30pm on a Sunday afternoon in early January. It was packed! Good choice of packaged food, but some shortages of fresh produce. I used the self service till. Even though it was very busy I didn't have to wait too long. Given how busy it was, it was a fast, efficient, fuss free experience. More choice & more checkouts than the discount stores (Aldi) but more expensive.

Went about 2 o'clock Friday, not too busy plenty of parking but if you go early morning it's a different story, staff were helpful because I couldn't find some things I wanted straight away. managed to find everything I wanted. The wines I wanted to buy had increased in price but that changes over the weeks, so swings and roundabouts on food and wines and spirit prices
