Went into morrisons winsford this morning to find that market Street was virtually empty, the shelves in the bakery were empty and they weren't baking anymore and the same on the cream cake department. Considering the store was open until 10pm and it wasn't even noon and they'd got hardly anything on sale. And the staff weren't baking just talking
APPALLING! We ate in the café on Sunday morning 5th May 24, it wasn't busy at all, now we know why! Filthy tables, inedible food, shocking service. We ordered 2 small breakfasts. Firstly I had to resort to running hot water from the tea machine over several serviettes in order to wipe clean our table, which was the cleanest we could find. The breakfast consisted of barely cooked translucent bacon, stone cold beans, cold anaemic toast, and a supposedly "grilled" 1/2 tomato. There is no way that the tomato had been anywhere near a grill. The only thing that was edible was the sausage. As if that weren't enough, the slovenly CNBA attitude of the server as she made the effort to slide the plates onto the edge of the table, nowhere near the customers who were going to eat them, was outrageous.
Used to shop here weekly until I started being harassed by the security guard the old chap Constantly followed me around the store, even had a friend come in the site after me to observe him, just in case I was being a little over sensitive. Friend confirmed he was following me, which happened every time. until he got his iPad. Contacted customer services with was nothing more than pointless. Now I shop anywhere but here. Generally staff are surly and miserable.
Just your normal superstore I guess. Good salad option for the meal deal is a big bonus. Lots of parking and kind staff as always !
One of the biggest I have seen with items easy to find .. when you visit, make sure to get some of their doughnuts…
Large supermarket with: fish counter, hot food, bakers, deli counter, butchers, shoe repair and key cutter, fuel station, car wash, and lots of selection for all other goods. Plenty of parking, and a stone throw away from BodyTech gym.
Very helpful staff even offering to get me some help putting shopping heavy bags of compost in the car. Also bought plants in very good condition
Love morrisons, and can not beat their Nutmeg clothing range for babies through to adults. My only issue was that today, we needed to borrow the wheelchair, but it only had one footrest! Never the less we managed, but it might be a good idea to repair that wheelchair... not everyone can hold their leg in the air for the duration of a shopping trip!
Excellent store and has everything you would need
Fantastic supermarket . Great products and amazing fresh Products. Found the best time togo shopping is around 20.45 as it was totally empty...
