We ordered two XXL bean bag … Spend £170 … guess what? The bags comes in 4 boxes, all separate, cover , filling … I know it’s a large item but literally you need to put a bean bag together your self… the products seems ok but it’s feel very cheap … not sure how you guys but I’ll not spend any more of my money in this shop… quite disappointed
Bought one of the bean chairs for my great niece's first Christmas and just know she will love it. I was very pleased with the turnaround of my order and the overall craftsmanship of the item. Very good company to deal with and was a pleasure
To be fair, I have nothing but praise for this company, I note recent reviews are from Black Friday period, Small baby World had quite a busy period, all products are hand made, so created an obvious delay. My order took about 18 days, but i understood that there would be a delay in this busy period. people need to chill, and except, quality like these hand made products, takes time, especially in busy periods. Very happy with my items, pure quality, and hand made in the UK. Yes Chinese mass produced junk, may well arrive quicker... But the quality of Small baby World wont be beaten.
I’m very disappointed with the order is nothing like it’s shows In the pic and the funny thing is that you can’t return personalised order . It looks like a bin bag is nothing like in the pic , you can’t gift it something like that . I wish I could upload a pic , also the other took more then 10 days to arrive. Just a bad choice that’s way I don’t like to buy online is all a lie .
The quality of the fur is really cheap nothing like the photos. The product is extortionately expensive for the quality. Be mindful I read all the reviews prior to purchasing so that leads me to believe the company have staged their reviews. I wouldn’t buy from them again. To top it off when I emailed Kayleigh with my concerns and photos she came back saying there is nothing wrong with the product and told me to comb out the fur that had been sown inwards. The experience of small baby world has been an expensive disappointing disaster! I feel this is a misrepresentation of item for sale. Sally Davies
I ordered a beanbag chair several months ago. It didnt prompt me to add a name so after realising I rang the company n they're really good saying refuse delivery and they will rectify it and send it back out. I did that and the item went back around February. So far I've not received the new item I've rang them emailed them sent messages to thdmznxtried live chat. So far cant get a response so I've got a granddaughter with a birthday in a few days and no present and I'm 39.99 out of pocket. Wont use them again.
I ordered personalised beanbag for my grandson first Christmas present. It arrived 3 weeks late and there was no name on it.im disgusted paid £45 because I wanted personalised. You can get not personalised beanbag anywhere for less than £20 .it takes atleas 2/3days to get replies for your emails. Still waiting them to sort out their mistake if not I will take it further
Bought a few faux fur beanbags for our customers in Spain and they are amazing quality. Next time we're over, we'll be getting the dogs a couple of fancy beds. Love what these guys do. You rock!
I have just ordered a bean bag chair for my grandson, purchasing process was easy , will review bean bag quality and delivery once they have arrived, hopefully 7 to 10 days as stated, as it's a christmas gift for my grandson.
This is a shambles of a company... ordered a beanbag for £154.99 over two weeks ago. Sent emails asking how long it would take for delivery, another email asking if they had dispatched the item and had no response. Then out of the blue roughly one week after the last email was sent they reply advising it would be sent out the following Friday. This never happened so yet again contact was made. I then received another email a few days later Advising the supplier had not delivered any fur and that the bean bag will not be with us until the new year. We then asked to cancel the order and for a full refund, obviously no reply to that email and when a comment was left on Instagram so I could see if they were active they then delete my comment and block me. This is a really really poor company to deal with they take/rob your money and then disappear from all methods of communication. I would strongly advise paying a little bit more from an alternative company as the service these offer is diabolical. Reviews on Facebook, instagram, and google are all similar what I have seen but then clearly get deleted. AVOID at all costs! As they will take your money and not refund or even communicate with you!! AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID
