Popped into Morrisons to get a few essentials. Nice wide aisles and helpful staff. Quite busy but I didn't have to queue at the checkout, so all good!
Just when you thought it , couldn't get any worse, it most certainly has. Staff on shop floor, are still as friendly and helpful as ever, and I feel sorry for them. Seriously I only go in as on my doorstep, but I now find booths and M&S , actually better value, and better quality on a lot of items.
The new layout of tills is not a good improvement. Too focused on quick self service with very few proper tills of which only 1 is open if you have a full shop in a trolly. Dread to think of the chaos at Christmas.
Store is clean, reasonably stocked shelves & friendly staff. Very disappointed they've installed lots of self service checkouts to save on staff numbers . Some shoppers told me they rely on the wkly interaction with cashiers to make their day.
Myself and my father have been coming here for over 5 years for our weekly big shop. All products are amicably placed so they easy to see and also grab.nnMovement around the store is a breeze with plenty of room between ailes.nnStaff are very attentive to getting products restocked onto shelveswhich seems to be an hourly occurrence, but this doesn't seem to effect shoppers in anyway with there shopping.nnNot as many tills openespecially Sunday but the ones that are, the staff are extremely friendly and caring.nnMany thanks to James, who always has a good chat with us while he scans our shopping.
