Can’t get an order correct. Completely wrong coffee. Ordered one got charged for 2. The girl that works in there with no neck is obnoxious and rude. After taking my order wrong she proceeded to talk about me to the other girl at the counter. Rubbish customer service and very rudeFood: 1/5
My first time visiting here and seriously guys I've had the best experience of the year compared to anywhere else. Destiny served me and my friends with a smile and a warm welcome. The service was very quick and efficient and her presentation when serving my hot drinks and sweet dessert was perfection. For a rainy day nothing else beats having the best service from someone who shows me she loves her work with a passion. Her excellent customer service should be acknowledged and most certainly recognised. Thank you so much Destiny. Love from your happy served customer and her friends.
Nice coffe and good choice of food and snacks
This was the second time that I have visited Costa in Chorley. The first time I requested extra hot Latte. It was barely warm and I had to ask for a fresh HOT one for my friend and myself. The lady serving me obliged and was very pleasant. I called yesterday and the same thing happened. The Latte was barely warm again. Even though I had ordered extra hot. This was rectified at once. The toilet had no tissue paper at all. I had to ask for it to be replenished. This was both embarrassing and unacceptable. Now, either the shop is not staffed enough or the staff are not up to the job. I Anyone who visits would expect and should receive better service especially since your prices are so high. The staff were helpful and pleasant

There was only 1 server, so quite a wait to be served. Loyalty awards now not as good. Coffee is quite expensive, so., don't visit as oftenService: 3/5
Wouldn't give them the time of day these days they're very expensive and don't give anything back to the customer in return I wouldn't make a special trip out to save this business you'd have to spend 50 quid on coffee to get 5 quid back terribleFood: 1/5
I had a Popcorn Frappe,im sorry but it just wasn't worth the £4:30 that i paid for it,id rather have had the my usual a medium skinny Latte,it was very nice but not worth what i paid for it
Consistently excellent flat white, best I've had. Over a ten day stay in the area we always got a seat here and enjoyed our visits. Only 4 stars because more attention needs to be given to clearing tables and we couldn't sit outside because of smokers occupying the patio.
While waiting for a smartphone problem to be repaired, I had a coffee and two almond slices. This was bit pricy. The staff were delightful an helped me. There is internal and external seating. I chose the external. The coffee and sweet were lovely. I chatted with others and they were lovely. It's a great treat but bit pricy.
