Simone at costa Chorley is absolutely fantastic! Nothing is too much for her! She is so polite, welcoming and friendly with all the customers. Out of all the costa coffe shops we have been to Simone is by far the best barista. We will definitely be coming back!!

Good atmosphere, the service is always fast and super friendly staff, shop clean and tidy, toilets cleaned and checked on a regular. Thanks for Professional staff :)

Not bad but gets extremely busy only two bad points about this place is 1 its not big enough .. and 2 ..seating outside costas is by the walk way into shop . 9 times outta 10 were the smokers sit . Its not nice having to walk through that especially with children breathing it in. To get into the shop and when there7-8 people its not nice ..

I really enjoy costa gingerbread latte. I popped in this costa on 3 occasions before work to sit down and relax for 20 minutes. Seating is terrible, always full with not enough room. If you order a toasted tea cake they will toast it way before your coffees ready so by the time you can take your order to your seat of your lucky enough to find one it will taste like slightly toasted bread (COLD). If you have a loyalty card and try to use it they tell you the machines broken on every visit and to keep the receipt to collect points. I won’t be returning here, Starbucks is closer to work and is larger with better seating and a loyalty app that is giving me triple points at the moment.
