Had everything I went in for. The shop floor was clean and uncluttered. A breakage by a customer was seen to fairly quickly. Cashier was cheerful.
Had all the products I was after and the prices were very reasonable. Always love the fresh sausage rolls and pies Helpful staff and quick check out.
A very pleasant shop with very helpful staff. 2 hours free parking which is helpful if you need anything from loughton high street as well.
Coldest store in area normally visit late Sunday afternoon could do with better lighting as feels like cold comfort farm, however always worth the visit
Free 2hr parking only Surprised to find bargain clothing. Please note when buying clothing, don't go the self service, Tags need to be removed and isn't done on those tills
Just had a rude experience with a member of staff at the self checkout trying to buy a few energy drinks. The lady came over and asked for my ID which I of course gave her I'm 24 so no problem I was with my girlfriend who is 22 and wasn't buying anything and the lady refused to serve me as she believed my girlfriend was under 16 she has multiple tattoos and is with me a 24 year old which if the member of staff really believed my girlfriend to be 15 is the issue really the fact I'm trying to buy her an energy drink and not the fact she is 15 with a 24 year old Anyway I politely tried explaining this to the member of staff who responded rudely and bluntly showing zero customer service. Eventually she took the drinks away however didn't even remove the three drinks from the screen and then walked off. If we hadn't noticed we would have been overcharged . I believe the member of staff knew we was of age as neither of us even look close to 16 and I had ID and in fact she just didn't want to server us.Some customer service and till training might be beneficial!!
Good service and some excellent little ready meals
Absolute Dive of a store Parked in the carpark and entered door creaked like a Hitchcock movie Thought I would use the toilet on the way in, no toilet roll asked the guy in highviz and was scowled at and told not his job it's cleaning department. Went in the disabled toilet, sink hanging off the wall and a slither of toilet roll as the other roll had clearly been dropped in the toilet. Maybe if they where put in the dispensers then left on the side would not happen, just a guess. Again explained to staff the issue and was scowled at. Got a red bull to perk myself up and a lady looked at me like I had urinated on her kids, clearly a bad day she was having all she had to do was walk around a guy with a trolley and tap her card on the machine. Now the good point, carpark was nearly empty, I'm guessing due to the dilapidated and dreary store and miserable staff that probably feel like they are being failed by God knows who above Morrisons you can do better this store seriously needs a revamp
Good quality meat and veg. Free car park gives time to walk around the other shops in the high street.
Do they build morrisons to look dirty and dated on purpose, so you think the products are cheaper than they actually are
