Really dislike the bald security guard. Live locally and in here every 2 days however for the past 5 years he’s been a right pain with his constant following me about when I spend well over 100 a week in store, never stole in my life and been shopping this store when it was called safeway! I used to think it was down to carrying my big bag however I go in with no bag, normal coat and yet he continues. Makes me laugh though as with the recently installed Vapes and due to him and the others tailing me they missed a load of teens grab vapes and bolted to the station.
Done my weekly food shop at Morrisons for a change from Asda as can't always get what is needed for the week . Sausages cold meat etc and butter is cheaper than Asda as well as constant fresh range of fresh baked goods in store
Switched to shopping in here because it was easier for me to get it on the way back home from uni and i'm not disappointed. Most of the regular things I get are cheaper than other places and it isn't usually busy but the self checkout is problematic at times and meat products are extortionate
Good selections of food but expensive. shop is tired looking and needing a face lift. TOILETS ARE ALWAYS out of order and ALWAYS dirty. Staff and ALWAYS very helpful
Very friendly staff and good vaule for money option for everyone. Great location just outside patrick subway station great if you dont drive and you stay in the west end area as easy acess by subway .
Attempted to purchase my lunch today and placed it on the tobacco shop counter. The team member told me to hold it up at the glass at thetill so that she could scan it. I asked her to scan it on the counter and she point blank refused saying my till is here. I requested the manager who came over and scanned the goods on the counter. Why couldn't she move two steps and scanned the goods.
You better work more and more efficiently with your product positioning. Why meal deal products are after the cashier points?????? Awful
The supermarket fine. But the coffee shop toliets are disgusting. Used the toliets went to wash my hands and there was no water at all just hand sanitizer.I get that hand sanitizer is useful but after the toilet no! We are still in a pandemic you think people would learn.
When I was here it was just after 1st lockdown in 2020 when stores only allowed a small number of people in once someone left. However there was a young male employee standing just inside door looking perplexed whilst people went in and out as they pleased. There was no-one checking aisles or ensuring masks were being worn. It was like being in the store any other Sunday afternoon.
First time visiting this particular Morrisons store. Shelves well stocked, plenty of staff on the tills. Even git a couple of good offers on things I can put away for Dec 25th! Visited the attached cafe, although not as big as others staff were clearing tables quickly and were attentive. Toilets in cafe out of order: barricaded by a high chair and another chair. Staff member said the actual Toilets were broken. Having a medical condition which requires frequent toilet visits this was extremely debilitating. Staff member told me where I could go back into the store and access another toilet. Appreciated the thoughts behind this but for others, a trek out of the cafe and a walk back in store would be a very difficult situation to handle. Please Morrisons, think of your customers and rectify the toilet problems.
