Love their selection of international groceries stocked normally across their aisles. They make it a point of selling specialty items with a normal attitude which I really like compared to most UK markets. I like their selection of breads and pastries, local and regional beers, wine. Competitive prices on basic items. The only thing that is a big difference in pricing is the produce. The one thing I find especially funny is that their crisps is sold next to the dog food.
Do you know that most branches, maybe all, have a designated employee who looks after Charities. If you buy a Gift Card, for whatever amount you can afford, they will spend it in-store at cost to help young and old. Otherwise, I love shopping there.
Always helpful at order desk. Nice platters of sandwiches and wraps ordered online. Great time saver to go with a bowl of homemade soup!
Never ever again stepping foot in here. Got accused of stealing because I looked “bulky”. Yes I looked bulky because it’s -2 outside and I’m wearing several layers. Ridiculous joke of a security guard! I am absolutely AFRRONTED to have been challenged in front of a busy shop when I have never stolen anything in my life. Disgusting!!!! Never again!!!!

Huge supermarket. Late hours and good selection of brands that aren’t available at competitors. Ready meals are very good quality and fairly priced
Everyone who works on staff there is so kind and helpful. Great selection of fresh fruit and vegetables and being from another country it’s nice to know that whatever I buy here will be the best quality and taste very nice.
Nice shop, bit pricey but you know that before going on. Good quality selection of things you may not get elsewhere
Excellent. The best variety for specialist ingredients, fresh fruit and veg always seems to last longer than other supermarkets which justifies a slightly higher price. On a whole, not a whole lot more expensive than other supermarkets as there is a value range also. Fresh sushi counter made in house is authentic and tasty. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
Excellent quality foods and deli. Good value.
