Had an awful experience here early morning. Walked freely in (no barrier) at 7.15am, the store was open so assumed the cafe was as well. All lit up and looked open. Served myself from the machine as is required here (I wasn't challenged). Went to pay and was told they didn't open until 8am. When I asked what about the drink i had poured she charged me £1.50 and said I'd have to sit outside (dark and wet mind). Went outside to find no seating at all. Only a very wet cold metal customer bench. Tipped the drink away as I didn't intend standing outside for half hour. Went to customer services to bring it to their attention. They didn't really seem bothered. No apology or refund offered ! THIS IS SHOCKINGLY BAD SERVICE. WILL NEVER VISIT AGAIN !
