Luke warm breakfast, took 20 minutes to arrive, so coffee was almost cold after the wait. Served one undercooked cold mushroom! Also promised black pudding, see the picture, this is ridiculous. Morrisons have lost the good reputation now for a good breakfast, absolutely rubbish for £5.50.
Just had 2 large Scottish breakfast and 2 pots of tea only £8:59, breakfast are half price, very good and filling
Good for a cheap bite. Mushy peas were more crispy than mushy but overall great value.
Lovely cafe within the store. Right besides the train station at Fort Williams. The high quality of food and presentation was a very nice surprise. Without a doubt, best value for money.
The Breakfasts here are great, and the staff work incredibly hard. 1 ? - The coffee is £1.65 and taste like uht hot milk with no coffee, no black pudding in stock, but still full price for my breakfast, asked for no fried bread but still charged for brown toast? Like I said, staff are great, but without positive uplifting influence from management it's difficult to leave a positive review. Put some coffee in your coffee and add free refills too. Very rude and unprofessional staff. Ordered two vegan breakfasts, one of which came with an egg - unacceptable for allergy sufferers but the staff member didn’t even apologise. The other breakfast came with rock hard avocado and only one flat mushroom instead of two. When I pointed this out to the staff member, she basically said I was lying about what was on the menu - which was right in front of me, so I read it out to her. She then said that my mushrooms were bigger and therefore I was served less - but strangely, the other breakfast had significantly larger mushrooms. Completely ridiculous and childish behaviour, made us feel very unwelcome.
I had asked for a vegetarian breakfast which comes including a poached egg and toast along with other things. When my breakfast came the breakfast the egg was fried instead of poached and no toast was on the plate. When asking a member of staff if I can get the toast that is mentioned on the menu she was extremely rude towards me saying that toast isn’t included in the breakfast anymore. When I told her it was on the menu she then repeated herself saying toast wasn’t with the breakfast and stormed away. She then brought the chef who then said the toast was on the menu and it was getting made as we spoke. The whole breakfast was inedible. My boyfriend got a full Scottish and ate the beans and left the rest. Won’t be back.
Food was good for the price paid, but the understaffing really lets this place down. Food was slow to come out, couldn’t get a teaspoon, one person working the till and seemingly only one person in the kitchen who was also running food to tables and clearing away rubbish as well as cooking all the food. All at peak time on a Saturday morning. Not the fault of people who were working but the company who seemingly don’t care.
Shockingly poor service. Food was Luke warm, bacon had more fat than bacon totallly disgusting. Toast didn’t come with breakfast so even more cold. Sausages were reheated. Cappuccino from machine was returned twice and it was Luke warm. Not impressed wouldn’t return and certainly don’t recommend. Customer service needs a look at too as non existent.
Waited 55 mins for a dry, over cooked and bland big breakfast and a small one. They were apparently understaffed due to illness, but told us it would be a 20 min wait, which was clearly not going to be the case. Terrible.
