Held my Father's 50th birthday party and cannot praise the staff enough for their helpfulness. The manager planned everything for us and even did the buffet, which was of a good quality and quantity for a very reasonable price - £4 per head! Bar prices were also good and everyone had a great time! Thank you again!

Going to the hockey and tennis club used to be ok and after a long absence we decided to give it another try bearing in mind the comments that the staff wanted to make this a local place in order to have a drink and a quick bite to eat. Our visit was a total waste of time and money with a person behind the bar who didn't care, and was generally indiferent. I blame the commitee who want this to be their own private domain and until this place embraces change and then and only then will the general public go there. NEVER AGAIN will we waste our time and money going there.
