Only 18 holes during winter season. 36 holes during summer. A good test of any golfer, one of the best golf complexes in the north east

Amazing course. I have Played many courses from around the world,from the beautiful Sian Khan in Mexico to a local place @Close House in Newcastle where the recent PGA was held. But Longhirst Hall is one of my favourites. It is without a doubt a beautiful challenging course that really makes you feel you have had to really work on your game on each hole. And the greens are well kept around the course. Which is the reason I have been a member at Longhirst Hall since I started playing golf. There is a great little golf shop and bar which serves good food. If you want a quick practice before your game then try the driving range. You won't be disappointed.

Courses getting better each year, greens good, some in need of water but enjoyed the day.
