It's the only place to train staff are great excellent bunch of people train there and always willing to help or advise or even let you join in with them or if you just need a spot always there on hand

Friendly, decent equipment, reasonable prices, solid advice... everything someone looking to get fit or body needs.  Many people that go there compete at a national level so you get a get good tips and suggestions easily. Some excellent professional trainers available here too, also at reasonable prices.

Has a dedicated boxing and women's area and a small car park round the side.

All in all a great place to go if you're serious about your health goals.

A great pure, raw, hardcore gym. Not a place for pretty boy mirror posers or children. If you want to be great and be surrounded by powerful people with the determination to match  - this is the place and nowhere else comes close in the North-east.
