Really enjoying the sessions, Joe knows his stuff!! Friendly and inviting, you will be sure to see he is the difference. A welcoming group at each time slot. I was a beginner and Joe works to all levels. I started 1 month ago and I  can already see the difference!! Get a kick start!!
